Important Care & Risk Disclaimer

At Sneaker Cleaners, we use professional cleaning methods designed to safely clean and refresh footwear. However, due to the nature of footwear materials and manufacturing processes, some risks are beyond our control.

Colour Fade & Dye Bleed

• Some shoes may experience colour fade, colour transfer, or dye bleed during cleaning.

• This can occur due to:

  • Poor or unstable dyes used by the manufacturer

  • Age and wear of the footwear

  • Previous cleaning attempts

  • Suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh, and dyed leather materials

• Sneaker Cleaners is not responsible for colour changes that occur as a result of inherent material or dye instability.

Laces, Soles & Trims

• Shoe laces, stitching, glue, soles, trims, logos, and printed details may weaken, discolour, or deteriorate due to:

  • Age

  • Prior wear

  • Heat exposure

  • Manufacturer defects

• We do not guarantee colour retention of laces or trims during the cleaning process.

Material & Manufacturer Limitations

• Many footwear brands do not provide professional cleaning instructions.

• Cleaning is performed based on industry experience, not manufacturer warranties.

• Any defects caused by manufacturing, poor materials, or incorrect labelling remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Pre-Existing Conditions

• We are not responsible for:

  • Existing stains that cannot be fully removed

  • Cracking, peeling, sole separation, or weakened glue

  • Previous damage or wear that becomes more visible after cleaning

Customer Acknowledgement

By using our services, customers acknowledge and accept that:

• Cleaning is performed at their own risk

• Some colour fade, material changes, or wear may occur

• Refunds or compensation are not provided for colour changes, dye bleed, lace discolouration, or material failure resulting from cleaning

Inspection & Reporting

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of collection

• Claims made after this period will not be accepted
